with paint and canvas as our tools.
The painting process I use never ceases to amaze me, I am constantly humbled and in awe of the wisdom that is found.

No experience necessary, just a desire and willingness to see what can be found. Letting go, and letting in....This painting process will not only help you to explore your creative side, it will allow you to work through challenges in your personal life also. I will share with you techniques, prompts, and inspiration to get the creative energy flowing.
